Design-Build Process

We assume full responsibility for the project under one contract, including design, construction, and administrative tasks such as scheduling, cost estimates and control, permits, timeline analysis, and project organization. Design Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation and Designing
A strong homeowner-builder relationship equals a better end product. For the first one or two months, our team focuses on getting to know you, your ideas, and your lifestyle. We build trust by listening and taking in your concerns; that way, our design fits you perfectly. Everything we learn here carries with our team throughout the other four steps of our process.

Step 2: Estimation
You want to know our designs are feasible before we break ground on a project; that’s what the estimation stage is all about. We conduct a thorough assessment of your home and our design with the help of our industry partners to see what it will take to make our plan happen. You also get a detailed cost estimate, so you know how big of a commitment you’re making.

Step 3: Planning and Scheduling
Shortly after receiving your cost estimate, you get a complete construction timeline to follow. You also get access to our project management software so you can get updates on your home’s progress anytime, anywhere.

Step 4: Execution
All the brainstorming, planning, and preparation from the first three steps culminate in construction. The same team you’ve worked with from the beginning gets to work bringing your vision to life. With a mix of design and construction experts available at all times, it’s easy for us to make design adjustments if you change your mind on something!

Step 5: Final Phase
We don’t deliver anything but perfection; this phase is where we make sure that happens. We tour the completed construction, taking note of scratches, damages, or small mistakes that need fixing. Once we make those repairs, your home is ready to go!
